Cela fait plus de 10 ans que nous parcourons les montagnes ensemble. Dix ans d’expéditions en montagne, de projets cinématographiques et d’une solide amitié. Nous en sommes arrivés à un moment où nous avions besoin d’un nouveau défi commun, en lien avec notre expérience au sein d’entreprises spécialisées dans les activités de plein air. Nous avons senti que le moment était venu de créer notre propre marque. Nous voulions proposer quelque chose de simple, de concret, de durable et d’utile. C’est ainsi Glacier Optics née Glacier Optics . Une marque de lunettes de soleil haut de gamme fabriquée dans les Alpes.

How do I choose the right size?

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Shipping in Switzerland might take maximum 10 days. International shipping might take longer.
What are the carrier options ?
Shipping times with regular carrier:
Switzerland: 1 - 10 business days.
International: 2 - 45 business days; we delivered DDP. We pay the taxes. We are using Fedex or Priority Postal service depending of the country.
How are the custom fees handled?
We delivered DDP worldwide. It means that we pay for the taxes and duties.
What happens if I wrote an incorrect adress?
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
